HISTORY

• February 21 – I signed dispensation for Topisaw Lodge at Bogue Chitto, Lincoln County
  Part of Grand Masters address to 1891 Grand Lodge
• Agreeable to action of last Grand Lodge, Dispensations were issued February 19 to Topisaw Lodge, Lincoln county. A. M. Summers, W.M., F. E. Collins S.W., J. H. Rawls J.W.
  Part of Grand Secretary’s address to 1891 Grand Lodge
• The undersigned Committee on Lodges Under Dispensation, beg leave to report they have examined the minutes and applications for charter of the following Lodges U. • Chartered as No. 413, and Lodge constituted by Dist. Dep. G. A. Teunisson March 11, 1891
• On April 20, 1992 the Lodge hall of Topisaw Lodge was destroyed by a tornado. A new Lodge hall was built and dedicated on October 20, 1993.

ORDER OF THE EASTERN STAR

Topisaw Chapter No. 326, Order of the Eastern Star was chartered on May 12, 1948. Information on this Chapter is still being researched. It met in the Topisaw community of Lincoln County, Mississippi. The Chapter no longer exists.
