HISTORY
Under the directions of the Grand
Lodge, and by the orders of the G. Master, Dispensations for the
establishment of new Lodges have been issued as follows: To R. O. Bryne,
A. McKinzie, Lewis W. Maxwell, W. S. Mullen, Joel P. Maxwell, Jesse
Maxwell, and Fleet Cooper, at Fair River, Lawrence County, by name of
Fair River, 2nd April

Lodge
The committee on Lodges U.D. beg
leave to report that they have examined the proceedings of the following
named Lodges, and would point out errors as shown by the minutes:
Fair River Lodge held an election of officers at their first meeting.
Lodges U. D. can hold no election. The only officers are those appointed
by the M. W. Grand Master, and named in the Dispensation. Your committee
recommend the Charters be granted to all aforesaid Lodges. Chas. Kopperl,
Chairman and the other members of the Committee
